Summary of Position
Working within the IT Enterprise Solutions Transformation Team, this position will be responsible for supporting our SAP PPDS effort in modeling of master data (BOM, Routing, etc.). In this position you'll be exposed to Production Planning and Scheduling systems while working in close collaboration across many IT and business functions (IT Transformation, Enterprise Solutions SAP COE, Supply Chain, and Production Planning). This experience will allow give you the opportunity to gain an in-depth exposure to the industry-leading SAP ERP platform and insights into critical manufacturing business processes (i.e. detailed scheduling) which drive our operations.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities
Highlight of responsibilities to include:
· Work with Supply Chain, IT, and Operations to detail workflows, model common data requirements, and model detailed scheduling processes
· Work with enterprise data management tools to cleanse and convert master data consumed in the detailed scheduling process
· Prepare and present training material on new processes and tools implemented by the Project Team to Site and Supply Chain users.
· Create and/or validate training curriculum in area of responsibility.
Qualifications
Major: Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems with some experience or familiarity in Manufacturing and Production Planning processes
Class Year(s): Rising Junior, Rising Senior, Graduate Student
GPA: Min 3.0
Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 19, 2025 – Aug 8, 2025
Technical Skills: SAP, MS Office, and any analytical/reporting tools (optional)
