Manager, Faculty Relations and Operational Excellence (Project Management)
The Manager of Faculty Relations and Operational Excellence shall implement all aspects of the Office of Research Services' (ORS) outreach arm and will be a go to contact for all faculty and staff inquiries tied to the research lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be able to understand research administration within the university and be task oriented in preparing and performing all training activities for the university community as necessary. They will also handle all daily inquiries from university employees on various questions tied to the research operations lifecycle. These duties will grow once the individual has familiarized themselves with the ORS structure.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid/remote schedule after completion of training and satisfactory performance.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field, AND
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 120 months of related experience.
