ABOUT YOUR TEAM:
The Strategic Risk Management (SRM) team consists of two main functions – Internal Controls and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Internal Controls performs quarterly testing on controls that have a direct impact to our financial statements to ensure they are free from any material misstatement. Enterprise Risk Management aids in effectively managing risks to our mission critical operations which includes collaborating with business areas to identify, assess, monitor, and report on organizational risk as well as serve in an advisory capacity to senior leaders and the Bank's Risk Management Committee (RMC).
The Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for coordinating the annual Investment Review Committee (IRC) Submission Cycle, captures monthly reporting on all ongoing IRC projects, and hosts quarterly update meetings for agile projects post-release. The team collaborates with a variety of stakeholders all across the District to ensure a successful submission cycle and accurate project status reporting.
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team oversees the Eleventh District's operational budget, coordinates the Bank's monthly financial forecast, prepares the annual financial plan, and ensures compliance with the Federal Reserve System's Planning and Control System (PACS), the fundamental expense accounting and budgeting system for all Reserve Banks. To accomplish this, the team partners with each business area in the District to improve the overall budget and forecasting performance while ensuring alignment with local and System strategies and compliance with cost accounting policies.
