The Associate Director, Genomic Access Marketing is responsible for customer-centric upstream and downstream marketing to support go-to-market strategy and execution for large-scale Population Genomics & Precision Health (PGPH) programs and pharma partners.
This role will include primary customer insight generation, coordinating with global and regional marketing teams to develop comprehensive positioning for Illumina technologies and service capabilities in target customer categories, building long-term and short-term marketing strategies, messaging and tactical plans, and developing account-level strategies to drive demand. The role will require global coordination and deep understanding of customer business objectives, regional differences and healthcare systems. The role will include working cross functionally with different stakeholders internally to ensure that strategies are aligned with senior leadership and drive execution of plans in-step with other programs. It will also include direct engagement KOLs, partners, customers, and other external stakeholders.

The estimated base salary range for the Associate Director, Genomic Access Marketing role based in the United States of America is: $167,200 - $250,800. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
