Guest Service Representative at the Wayback Hotel - Pigeon Forge (Personal Services)
Provide warm welcome and great service to all guests
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Communicate with the housekeeping and facilities departments to ensure prompt responses to guests' needs
Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests' need
Specific Responsibilities
Use hotel software systems as per Aatmos Standard Operating Procedures.
Provide exceptional service to all guests at all times.
Convert and upsell walk in guests by informing guests of the property's value
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register guests collecting necessary information (i.e., contact details and exact dates of their stay)
Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to clients' complaints in a prompt and professional manner
Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Report any accidents or injuries to senior management staff immediately
