SUMMARY
Housing for Health (HFH) is a program office within Community Programs, a division under the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) for the County of Los Angeles. HFH was created to support people experiencing homelessness with complex clinical needs. We support people in obtaining housing, improving their health and thriving in their communities. HFH is a core component of Los Angeles County's effort to respond to the homeless emergency. Where appropriate to the job function, a hybrid work schedule may be available, with employees working both remotely and from the office, as needed.
The Assistant Staff Analyst (In-Home Care Giving Analyst) will serve in a supportive role on the In-Home Care Giving (IHCG) Team by providing program analysis, tracking, monitoring and coordination of caregiver services to clients served through HFH. The In-Home Home Care Giving Analyst will provide program and data support to the In-Home Care Giving Program and lead all aspects of the day-to-day operations and any expansions when additional funding is available. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the current In-home support services program and processes. They will also work in a supportive role with HFH Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) contracted agencies, HFH program management staff and other county partners.
The Assistant Staff Analyst (In-Home Care Giving Analyst) is an excellent verbal and written communicator, problem solver, and analytical thinker with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders and understand and responds to their needs in rapidly changing environments. They are highly organized and can manage multiple work streams within the program.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Three or more years of highly complex administrative experience in the health, housing, social services, or related sectors.
