Director of Building and Facilities Operations (Maintenance)
The Director of Building and Facilities Operations oversees all aspects of the facility's operations including maintenance. This role is also responsible for budget management, scheduling and managing routine maintenance and preventative maintenance, fleet maintenance, execution of capital projects for combined office space, warehouse and commercial kitchen. Regularly inspecting the facility to ensure safety and building cleanliness, maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property, compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. The Director of Building and Facilities Operations is essential for maintaining a well-functioning facility that supports business operations while prioritizing safety and compliance.
