Role
The Network Engineer will perform a broad range of implementation and technical project management duties on a team of engineers active in both sustaining and growing the Crown Castle Fiber Network. The individual will be well versed in IP/Ethernet, SDWAN/SASE architectural discipline. He/she will work as a member of a team to complete major initiatives that are network and/or customer facing. The individual will demonstrate a willingness to grow their skill set and take on new challenges.

Working Conditions: This is a remote role with the expectation of on-site collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter, <10% travel may be required.
The hiring range offered for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 annually. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 15% of annual salary. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
