INTERN - Supply Chain (Finance)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for gaining understanding of Planning item attributes in Oracle ERP System, and developing working knowledge of how attributes relate to execution of operations.
- Gains understanding CO2 Bill of Materials, and how they relate to Oracle ERP System item attributes relating to replenishment of material
- Participates in Inventory Control and Material Replenishment continuous improvement efforts
- Supports Implementation of processes relating to new Kardex Inventory Storage system
- Generate Final Presentation of accomplishments
Education & Experience
- Prospective candidate presently enrolled in an AS, BS, or Graduate program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Skills
- Microsoft Office (excel, Power point), preferred
- Willingness to Learn and Adapt in a fast-paced Manufacturing environment
- Willingness to collaborate with cross functional teams
- Experience as a project participant and or project Leader
- Excellent work ethic and integrity
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented, process driven
- Sense of urgency
Working Conditions
- 8am - 5pm spent working in Office, Manufacturing Floor and Inventory Stores environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 lbs as needed
