Clinician (R&D)
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, No Weekends
Four ten hour shifts available, day off negotiable based on team needs and planning discussions.
As an Access Clinician, you will:
Conduct thorough intake assessments for Medicaid and other health plans to determine service needs.Screen and connect individuals to appropriate community resources and crisis interventions.Provide on-call and crisis services in diverse settings, including hospitals, schools, and homes.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure individuals receive the best possible care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support effective service delivery.
What Youll Bring:
Education & Licensure: Masters degree and appropriate licensure (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LLP).Experience: 3+ years working within Michigan's community mental health system.Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, time management, and multitasking abilities.Flexibility: Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
