Job Description:
Essential Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily billing activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly.
Provide guidance and support to the billing team to ensure smooth operations.
Work closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams to improve billing processes.
Regularly review billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Generate and present billing reports to management.
Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
Assist customers with billing inquiries and issues.
Train and mentor junior billing staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing, finance, or a related field. Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

The Compensation range for this role is 31.00 to 37.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
