The purpose of this position is to maintain direct involvement in the planning and execution of cafeteria strategy, developing hourly associates, monitoring and analyzing financial and productivity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), determining and implementing best practices, meeting objectives and goals, driving improvement, and ensuring a safe work environment for associates. This position is responsible for adhering to federal, state and local regulations, and reporting on operations to senior leadership.

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Nutrition or Business Management or comparable experience in Hospitality management or Culinary field food service industry leadership or equivalent experience
three years management/supervisory experience in Hospitality management or Culinary field
ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Manager Certification
must have a willingness to work a variable work schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours
ability to be on call 24 hours/7 days a week
ability to travel with overnight stays
knowledge of food service operations
knowledge of FDA Food Codes and the Code of Federal Regulations concerning food safety
knowledge of proper inventory and ordering systems
strong managerial and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate associates
