The Corporate Strategy team at Bose works on some of the company's most important business and growth initiatives. We work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across the company to analyze market opportunities, create winning strategies, and inform important decisions with insightful, data-driven recommendations based on a deep knowledge of the business, customers, and external market factors.
Job Description
About the Role
During the internship, the Corporate Strategy intern will lead 1-2 strategy projects with guidance and support of others on the team. Much like a consultant, interns will be given latitude to research and solve problems as they see fit. Interns will be responsible for end-to-end project management, with the output ultimately being used to inform decision-making. The typical process for strategy work includes developing initial hypotheses; gathering and analyzing data; building analytical frameworks; identifying insights; and communicating recommendations to the wider organization. You will work under the guidance of senior team members to develop and refine your work in pursuit of meaningful insights.
The successful candidate must possess strong project managements skills to ensure work is impactful and delivered in a timely manner. Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are a must. You must be highly-motivated, a quick study, and able to stay organized in a dynamic environment. In addition to solid technical skills, you'll also need to exhibit good judgment, professional maturity, and great people skills.
This is a role with significant exposure to company leadership and the opportunity to be considered for future full-time employment with demonstrated success.
