The Sourcing Manager will support Clinical R&D/Scientific/ Marketing and other areas as assigned. The individual will be responsible to support the recruitment pipelines and relationships within assigned functional areas. Responsibilities
Sourcing focus is for Clinical/Scientific and Commercial teams and other functional areas as assigned.
Responsible for facilitating effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
Identifies and presents data insights for the open roles as assigned.
Duties include proactive pipelining and pre-screening diverse slates of candidates (passive and non-passive), partnering with team members to manage sourcing strategies and supplying talent for open positions.
Work closely with the assigned recruiters and hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and postings are up to date and compliant.
Support open job requisitions by proactively sourcing and screening, presenting market insights analytics.
Responsible for effective communications in partnering with Recruiters and hiring managers in setting recruiting strategies and mutually agreed upon deliverable timelines.
Will compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, and market insights to team members and business leaders.
Active member in the debrief process. Be a trusted advisor that supplies direct feedback to the recruiting team and influences hiring decisions.
Partner with HR team to integrate company values into the recruiting process.
Requirements
Bachelors' degree preferred with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition -Sourcing and must include pharmaceutical focus within Clinical and/or Commercial Recruitment.
Ideal candidate will have both agency and industry experience supporting pharmaceutical industry.
Proven Sourcing experience in the pharmaceutical industry including (active and passive candidates), utilizing employee referrals and professional networking groups while leveraging cost effective methods to locate and secure top talent in a timely fashion.
Responsible for ensuring compliance to state/federal employment laws for compliant applicant tracking.
Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS), job board-posting, progressive sourcing and recruiting strategies including utilizing LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and SeekOut.
Excellent verbal and written communication and good negotiation skills. Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels. Ability to communicate with business stakeholders cross functionally; ability to approach stakeholders with difficult messages and defend positions.
Must be a self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Must live in a reasonable commutable distance to Florham Park, NJ and be able to work onsite 50% hybrid schedule.
Up to one year Contract.
