SUMMARY: Application Delivery Analysts provide application maintenance and support to minimize service disruption and simplify operations. They investigate and resolve issues with software applications by diagnosing root causes. An Application Delivery Analyst must have a solid understanding of technical applications, operating systems, computers, and applications software.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Provide end user support for core applications • Identify and document user and system issues • Assist in the maintenance of applications and test environments, including 24×7, high-availability systems • Conduct application testing, build test scripts, support client application testing, and collect and summarize test data • Coordinate project activities with bank personnel • Produce organized and informative system documentation, including details of application configuration and installation and infrastructure • Train users on applications and help them resolve application issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS: • B.S. or B.A. degree preferred, Associates degree acceptable with related experience • Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications with a track record of career growth and skill development • Experience with some programming languages and willingness/ability to learn • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive, accurate documentation • Comfortable working directly with end users
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED: • Excellent customer service skills • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environment • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Attention to detail • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Complete all required compliance training by established deadlines
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Occasional standing, walking, bending and stooping required • Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computer • May be required to work some Overtime
