What you'll be challenged to do:
Gannett Fleming TranSystems is seeking a Construction Inspector II to join our team in any of the following Gannett Fleming TranSystems' offices: Fort Worth, TX; Austin, TX; Houston, TX. This position inspects and oversees construction work to ensure that procedures and materials comply with plans and specifications by performing the following duties. Performs quality control inspection activities. This position is responsible for reporting directly to construction sites to observe and document contractor's work conforms to contract requirements, maintaining project files/documentation, compiling and calculating quantities of work performed to be used in calculating monthly contractor payments, and interacting with clients on a regular basis.
