Office Receptionist (Administrative)
Answer and Direct Calls:
Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
Take and relay messages accurately.
Customer Service:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.
Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
Assist with HR Duties:
Support HR department with administrative tasks.
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings.
Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
General Administrative Support:
Manage and organize office supplies and inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
