Director, Talent Acquisition & Management (Finance)
The Director, Talent Acquisition will oversee full cycle recruiting in sourcing the best talent as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion and succession planning. It will partner closely with the Culture & Strategy team and the P&C Business Partners to ensure that they have the tools to support their business leaders and employees from a talent perspective.
Talent Acquisition
• Refine sourcing and hiring strategy to ensure we identify and secure a diverse highly talented workforce and scale to support the company's continued growth
• Oversee the campus recruiting strategy including hiring, developing and managing summer internship and onboarding programs
• Lead efforts to continuously improve the selection process with tools, interview guides, and interview training that improves overall hiring process
• Ensure end-to-end candidate experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, on-boarding) follows best-in-class practices and reflects the 3D Systems brand
• Partner with Human Resources colleagues on programs such as on-boarding, benefits, compensation, employee engagement, etc. to ensure smooth transitions for employees joining the company
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates through university programs, diversity organizations and key strategic agency partners
Talent Management
• Define, implement and oversee talent management programs, processes, and initiatives to achieve business growth plans and establish a bench of top talent
• Develop Talent Management programs, including performance management, high potential pipeline, mobility, succession planning and promotion process
• Participate in organizational strategic planning to ensure we build a high-performing culture through talent acquisition, development and retention
• Operationalize and efficiently run talent processes year-round
Team Leadership
• Ensures recruiting team members serve as talent consultants that provide proactive and consultative services to internal stakeholders rather than simply filling open requisitions
• Manage and partner with external recruiting vendors and ensure their work is aligned to strategic priorities
• Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to recruiting team spread across multiple sites in different time zones. QUALIFICATIONS
