Provides the Director and managers of Sales & Marketing with administrative & clerical support via executing the following functions
Manage the Discovery Process from pre-planning to execution to support and enhance the discovery site visit
Complete discovery memo and distribute to all departments
Manage Outlook calendar invites and all relevant information pertaining to them
Coordinate meeting with sales managers and leadership to brainstorm & collaborate on vision (DDC,HWS,DMC alignment, marketing component screen with customized video, GOBO, iPad, space availability and setup desired)
Coordinate transportation and room/restaurant reservation in collaboration with Sales Administrative Support.
Inspect and ensure rooms and space are show ready (clean & decluttered, lights on, etc.) and keys are available for sales managers
Inform all attendees on how the greeting should be executed
Be on standby throughout the discovery process to assist as needed
Assist with the departure process and follow up marketing communication if needed
Oversee the development and implementation of internal Passkey campaigns and other group marketing strategies to promote revenue growth generation.
Assist Commercial team leaders in identifying definite group opportunities for Cvent Passkey campaigns
Assist with production of content including writing, graphics design, photography and social media engagement as assigned
Work with Marketing Manager, in conjunction with appropriate department head, to identify objectives of revenue enhancement opportunities supported by ongoing marketing campaigns.
Monitor, track and analyze revenue enhancement programs for profitability and future potential.
Facilitate definite group communication between Sales/ Events/Group Housing coordinators to support and enhance the guest experience.
