Established in 1977, we have locations all over Northern California including Sacramento, Grass Valley, Roseville, Stockton, Modesto, Merced, Fairfield, Elk Grove, Folsom, Yuba City and Chico. Our physicians are nationally known, and we continue to be on the leading edge of retina care by utilizing the latest equipment and both participating in and designing new clinical trials to advance the state of care for retinal diseases. We are looking for full-time individuals, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling patients for surgical procedures and post-operative appointments within appropriate timeframeCoordinate all aspects of out-patient surgery including the insurance verification, authorization, patient portion and surgeons scheduleContacting insurance to verify eligibilities, benefits and obtaining authorizations if services require authorization/referral for the surgeon, assist surgeon and/or facilityContact patients for collecting their Copay/Coins/Deductibles/Self-Pay portion prior to surgeryProviding ASC with completed Benefits Investigation Forms prior to surgeryPerform post-surgery task such as check in, ensuring all needed information to bill the claim are present including operative report
