WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Corporate Sales Administration Manager, you will be in a crucial role that manages all aspects of Corporate Sales Administration on sold John Deere and Allied Products. This includes managing all Corporate Sales Admin final cost accounting, commissions, and reporting, along with working with Pape' and John Deere IT departments to modernize current processes and procedures.
You will work with the Pape' Machinery-Construction & Forestry Division Vice President of Sales and Rental, and John Deere Financial, to maintain the administration of all sales incentive programs for John Deere and other Allied Equipment, ensuring that overspending is prevented. You'll also look to build strong relationships with John Deere Financial and John Deere Channel Management teams, ensuring smooth business operations, dealing with John Deere financial audits, and alignment with corporate goals.
Additionally, your role will be pivotal for providing all Corporate and Branch training in Sales on John Deere and Pape' Systems. This will require travel to branch locations as needed to provide hands-on training for new John Deere and Pape' systems implemented. Travel to Deere & Company and other vendors will also be required as needed.
