Location: This role requires 5 days on-site at the Atlanta, GA office
Responsible for the overall front desk, customer experience center activities including the reception area.
The Receptionist / Admin Assistant will be responsible for general administration tasks as well as senior leadership level support for scheduling and general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Adhere to the customer experience schedule and act as a door guard for deliveries and customer introductions and office accommodations.
Utilizes interpersonal facilitation skills to ensure positive employee and customer experiences.
Organize lunches for the customer experience center area and Marketing, covering other requests as and when asked.
Manages the customer experience reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
Tracks all gifts awarded to employees. Reports all gift recipients and values to the finance department in a timely and accurate fashion.
Schedule, support logistics and provide general administrative support for key leadership meetings.
Serves as assistant to top level management.
Proactively manage travel arrangements for key leadership and expense management.
Leadership calendar management for efficient meeting scheduling.
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
Work in collaboration with the Facilities Administrator to ensure coverage where necessary.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications -
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proven experience in office management
• Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills.
• Negotiation experience required.
• Promote and support a TEAM environment.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Well-developed presentation skills.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
