Client Coordinator Intern (Finance)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Coordinator Intern will work hand in hand with experienced Client Services Managers and Directors and will learn to own owns client relationships and production needs from project inception through completion for various Fortune 500 brands small-scale clients. Interprets the needs of the clients, as well as all facets of the project and has a firm grasp on the retail marketing landscape. The Client Coordinator Intern ensures that satisfactory resolution is accomplished when resolving and problem-solving client issues as they are received. This is a paid full-time internship for Spring Semester of 2025.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports day-to-day operations of the Client Services department developing advanced understanding of all aspects of administration including policies, procedures and processes.
• Gain exposure to client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle including project kickoff, monitoring project progress, ensuring on-time delivery and timely invoicing.
• Partners with account team members and/or the client during project kickoff and creative review meetings to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
• Ensures conflicts/issues are resolved to keep projects on track and maintains high quality standards in all client deliverables.
• Ensures accurate and timely invoices are generated by maintaining correct project details and supporting evidence, including change orders and rework, throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help coordinate day-to-day and administrative client needs while gaining exposure to both strategic and creative aspects of our work.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Seeking a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field in the Portland, Oregon area.
• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Must have current driver's license and ability to drive yourself for local travel.
