Maintenance Supervisor (Finance)

W ork Hours: 7a-4p daily with overtime as needed.

Location: 1145 Conwell Avenue, Willard, OH 44890

Salary Range: $59,000 - $94,000 based upon experience

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

• Set direction and tone as a front line leader for employees involved in installing maintaining and troubleshooting equipment and facilities
• Make operational decisions to ensure that we have safe and efficient equipment and to produce quality products
• Create, implement and audit work processes that continually evolve and improve
• Seek out, suggest and implement automated and other enhancements to processes and workflows
• Ensure preventative maintenance and overhauls are scheduled, performed and properly resourced
• Lead and support continuous improvement processes and projects

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required. Associate Degree/BS in Graphics Arts, Business, Industrial Management or related field preferred. Education requirements may be substituted for 5-7 years experienced gained through training and experience in all phases of maintenance, both electrical and mechanical.
• Project management experience.
• Must be able to identify and understand issues, problems, opportunities and make key decisions. .
• Experience using appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to motivate employees and gain acceptance of ideas or plans.
• Must be able to maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment.
• Must be organized and have the ability to plan, prioritize and follow through to complete assigned maintenance projects in a cost effective manner.
• Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
• Must be flexible to cover shifts when needed.
