Application Development Advisor - Evernorth Health Services (Finance)

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Applications

• Develop new feature and capabilities to enhance the Doctor

• Develop enhancements and fix code deflects

• Work with stakeholders to identify new uses cases

• Identify opportunities to expand the Doctor

• Partner with other areas of Digital Operations to leverage best practices designing and implementing solutions

• Design, build and maintain a future proof solution that can evolve with the organization

COMPETENCIES

• Strong hands-on technical SME

• Angular JS programming experience and/or strong JavaScript competency

• UI Web development experience

• Deployment pipeline experience

• GIT, Linux, NodeJS experience

• DB: Teradata, Hadoop (impala and hive), Oracle, SQL with analytics, PLSQL

• UI: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, google charts, d3, restful services, Json, tableau

• Lang: Python, C++, C, Java, SAS

• Webserver: Apache, node

• Env: Windows, Linux, Unix, shell scripting (bash, kshell, sh), cron and esp

• CICD/Delivery: ansible, docker, jenkins, udeploy, npm, yum

• Machine Learning: k-nearest neighbor etc

• Enterprise level experience with a global distributed environment consisting of Windows client & server, Linux, Web, & cloud

• Understanding of alignment between business requirements and IT capabilities

• 2-3 years' experience in developing and supporting The Doctor automation tool

• experience in building and supporting Automation

• Experience and practicing in an Agile Methodology for development and support

• Can drive and deliver solutions with little guidance

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
