Job Description Summary
In this hybrid Finance-Technology role, the AVP Finance Data Quality, Finance Transformation will ensure the quality, integrity, and governance of data assets within the Finance organization. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to develop and apply data standards, policies, and processes for critical Finance applications and data sets.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with Finance and IT Data Management teams to define and implement data management policies and governance frameworks for critical Finance applications and data sets, including those in Workday Prism and PowerBI
Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess the quality, completeness, and accuracy of critical Finance data assets
Develop data quality rules and processes for critical Finance data assets to actively monitor adherence
Identify, report, analyze, and resolve data issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Conduct data governance training to increase data literacy and educate Finance stakeholders
Assist with other projects related to Finance data, Workday Financials, PowerBI, and other reporting mechanisms
Knowledge / Skill / Background / Experience
Experience with Workday Prism, SQL Server Databases, and PowerBI required
Experience with data quality/stewardship required
Detailed understanding of business processes, data dependencies, and critical data element flows is preferred
Workday Pro Certification in Prism, Reporting, Financials, Integrations, or relevant functional area is a plus
Understanding of banking industry accounting/information systems preferred
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
