- Schedule: Flexible, may include some weekends/holidays as needed
- Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance in patient care
- Assist with staff training, development, and mentorship
- Monitor and maintain resident care standards and safety protocols
- Act as a positive and reliable leader, fostering a collaborative team environment
