Responsibilities: Work with Team Members, service providers, and customers to set up new installations of equipment.Follow up of services rendered to customers, and closeout completed service tickets.Provide any needed training for new equipment.Assist customers through continual support of equipment, and complete required actions for resolution.Assist in the completion for the final evaluation of product and if needed, and connection to the cloud management systemPotentially provide field support and assistance occasionallyQuickly understand various vending equipment and services
