Job Description Summary
A full time position where the candidate would provide complex banker support to the retail banking team for 50% of the time and process legal requests for assigned charter banks for 50% of the time. This position will not be eligible for remote work.
What You'll Do
Timely and accurately respond to banker questions concerning Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Letters of Office, Guardianships, and other court orders. Escalate appropriately.
Participate in training for complex banker matters – both providing and receiving
Timely and accurately respond to legal requests in accordance with bank procedures
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
7-10 years of Retail banking and/or retail operations experience required.
Legal experience preferred.
Paralegal certificate preferred.
An Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Compensation
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.04-31.25, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual pay rate may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
