Position Summary
The individual in this position will have responsibility for leading two Agile marketing teams.
Preferred skill sets:
Supports Marketing's ability to deliver on brand, on budget and on time by leveraging technology, processes, vendors, and insights to support Marketing outcomes. In support of Marketing leadership, this role contributes to Marketing and Marketing Operations strategic and annual planning, as well as budgeting. Responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that ensure marketing best practices. Collaborates across the department and enterprise to prioritize and deliver enhancements and new capabilities to Marketing's marketing technology . The Marketing Operations Consultant (Marketing Scrum Master) must be able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once
Duties and Responsibilities
Defines initial strategy, scope, calendar, and deliverables for marketing technology in alignment with marketing and enterprise strategies. Works with key stakeholders to gather and integrate their feedback into overall team strategies, prioritization, and requirements building.
Leads development of complex operational plans in support of the strategy. Drives initiatives to implement agile ways of working in support of strategic marketing plans. Creates and implements ongoing communication across the marketing and broader organization, sharing project updates, timelines, processes, and results.
Develops, streamlines, documents, implements and oversees governance of marketing workflows, processes, and best practices. Identifies operational changes to increase effectiveness, efficiency and cost optimization with Marketing leads.
Effectively manages communication and change management with customers, leaders, and other stakeholders through written, verbal and interpersonal means. This includes the responsibility for communication/change management plans to increase engagement of marketing technology with end users.
Responsible for identifying and recommending new technological capabilities. Partners to evaluate those new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance. Manages technical aspects of key marketing systems including complex system enhancements, defects and/or new platform rollouts.
Manages marketing vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and approvals. Seeks opportunity to provide marketing with value-added vendor management services in partnership with Sourcing & Vendor Management. Collaborates with IT and other functions where shared ownership and collaboration improves ability to manage the vendor.
Mentors and coaches team members around best practices through quality reviews of their deliverables and work; Delivers to leaders the clear expectations of the operations best practices and quality operations deliverables.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, management, information systems or related field and seven years of marketing, project management, information systems or related experience; or
Associates degree in marketing, business, finance, management, information systems or related field and nine years of marketing, project management, information systems or related experience; or
High School diploma or GED and eleven years of marketing, project management, information systems or related experience.
MBA or other advanced degree preferred, five years of marketing, project management, information systems or related experience.
