What you'll do as the Customer Relations Manager/Teller (CRM):
Process customer transactions, reconcile an individual teller drawer and internal vault/ITMs daily
Troubleshoot with customers while providing excellent customer service
Learn and operate multiple applications for various products and services offered
Comply with bank operations and security procedures
Maintain customer and bank confidentiality
