Client Associate Specialist I (Engineering)
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining client employee informationYou will become the primary contact for a defined group of clients processing payroll, utilizing our time system and our human resource database.Communicating with clients on a weekly/bi-weekly basis to process or assist with payroll processingHelp to make changes to client account setup as neededPackage client payrolls for pickup or shippingTransitioning purchased client to ourAssist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Reports and records are accurate and current.Payroll processing, maintenance, and updates are accurate and timely.External reports are completed and submitted timely.Good employee relations exist. Employee questions, problems, and complaints are promptly and courteously resolved.Good working relations with internal and external customers, including but not limited to HR, accounting staff, consultants and managers.Management is properly informed of area activities and relevant information.Assistance provided to continually and effectively analyze data to ensure that information needs are met.Payroll Operations goals and tasks are completed on schedule. Data and system integrity are maintained.Payroll functions are conducted in accordance with established policies and related legal requirements.
