Training Supervisor (Finance)
Location: Harrisonburg, VA
Hours: Monday- Friday (Standard hours, with flex when needed)
Salary: $60,000- $90,000 + bonus eligible

As our Training Supervisor, you will;
- Lead the Charge: Plan and deliver engaging training programs, from new employee orientation to skill development, safety, and compliance.
- Innovate & Improve: Enhance training to align with our safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Collaborate: Work closely with managers to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
- Track Success: Monitor training progress, keep accurate records, and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage & Inspire: Conduct training sessions that make learning enjoyable and effective, in-person, virtual, or recorded.
- Create & Communicate: Develop training materials that are clear, useful, and impactful.
- Be a Change Agent: Support departments with custom training and process improvements that keep us ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills that motivate and inspire.
- Training Expertise: Knowledge of adult learning principles and a knack for making training stick.
- Organized & Efficient: Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
