Enterprise Account Executive- Public Sector (Finance)
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

The position will be responsible for multi-business unit sales from opportunity to order in select named accounts in a given geography for the State & Local Government and Education (SLED) segment.
The ideal candidate possesses the ability to develop deep, trusted advisor relationships with senior public sector executives, map Schneider Electric's full portfolio to customer's stated and unstated needs and work horizontally across the entire Schneider Electric organization to orchestrate and influence integrated sales of products, solutions, software and services that represent the most compelling and differentiated offers for the assigned accounts.
The ideal candidate should be able to autonomously navigate the SLED business landscape. Specifically, the candidate should understand the public sector procurement process, including how to research, analyze, and influence solicitations, how to align their sales activities to the customers' legislative and budget cycles, how to build champions among elected and appointed executives and operational leaders, and how to position Schneider Electric solutions throughout the value chain of consultants, integrators, and channel partners.
