The team is currently seeking Housekeeping Houseperson with great attention to detail to join this dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule that includes overnights, weekends and holidays, has basic English communication skills, and previous housekeeping and/or hotel operations are a plus!

Pay will start at $24.33 an hour and will increase to $27.03 after 90 days of service . Pay is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Classification : Full Time

Shifts : Overnight shifts, m orning shifts, must be able to work weekends and holidays .

What will I be doing?

A Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas of the hotel, assisting room/suite attendants with general cleaning of guest rooms and suites. This includes vacuuming, shampooing of carpets; flipping mattresses; cleaning/waxing of floors; trash removal; stocking and maintaining supply rooms and other cleaning duties. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Cleaning of public areas to include, but not limited to cleaning of public restrooms, corridors, lobby areas and other public spaces in the hotel. This may include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, waxing, scrubbing, wiping and dusting.
• Participate in the scheduled general cleaning of guest rooms.
• Report maintenance requests to ensure public areas comply with brand standards.

The starting hourly wage for this role is $24.33 per hour, after 90 days of service the wage will increase to $27.03 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
