Role
The Network Provisioning Specialist – Network Optimization (NPS) is responsible for aspects of the design, provisioning/grooming, de-provisioning and documentation of lit services sold on the Crown Castle Fiber network. Circuits are designed and configured within the various switched data SONET and optical wave networks (including but not limited to Juniper MX, Cisco ASR, MRV, Ciena 3900 switches, Ciena 6500) using company defined configurations and standards.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
The hiring range offered for this position is the equivalent of $58,000 - $68,500 annually. In addition to hourly compensation, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10% of annual salary. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
