Senior Architect - Multifamily Residential (Architecture)

This position will serve as a leader and mentor to inspire and guide the studio team through all phases of the design process. The successful candidate will have the ability to help refine the skills of the existing team members, while providing both design and technical direction, ensuring client satisfaction, profitable project performance, and maintaining project quality.
The Senior Architect MFR is responsible for the overall design and management of projects under the direction and review by the President of Greenfield Architects Ltd. and Vice President of Greenfield Architects Ltd. This position requires the application of a high degree of design and technical skills, building code compliance, project administration, schedule, cost, and quality control.
