SBA Sr. Sales Analyst (Sales)
SBA sales loan packaging
Work directly with the SBA BDO team and applicants to help collect the necessary application forms and related borrower loan application items per the loan application checklist.
Inbounds, maintains and verifies applications for accuracy, SBA SOP eligibility and completeness.
Complete SBA Sales BDO Loan Summaries to include cash flow analysis, collateral grids, proposed eligible use of proceeds and borrower qualifications.
Maintains a work area that ensures the safety and confidentiality of all customer records and transactions.
Understands and complies with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Policies and Procedures as appropriate.
Confidently embody the values of CBT.
Represent Community Bank & Trust - West Georgia in the community and nationally at all events as appropriate.
Perform all other sales and client communication duties as assigned.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with the highest level client and team communication.
Demonstrated excellence in working with peer teams and client experience across organizations.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software programs and platforms.
Education and Experience:
5+ years direct SBA experience at a high volume top ranked national SBA Bank or Non-Bank Lender.
College diploma or equivalent direct work experience.
