About the Job
Job Profile:
The Platform Service Owner - Digital Supply Chain is responsible for the full lifecycle of our technology that supports the Digital Supply Chain value chain - from Manufacturing to Planning and Fulfilment. This includes our MEIS technologies that enable the manufacturing of Bose hardware, Supply Chain planning solutions that enable collaboration in forecasting and supply planning with our contract manufacturing partners, and the ability to fulfill Customer orders throughout the world via Bose-owned and third party distribution centers The Platform Service Owner ensures that we deliver a coherent and cohesive set of services that are easy for our stakeholders to consume and achieve stated service levels.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Applications Delivery, this role is part of an organization that supports all applications cross-functionally-from customer experience and sales to supply chain and G&A functions. The Senior Manager will work closely with their peers and senior business stakeholders across these functions to ensure alignment and enable digital transformation and operational excellence.
