Cook (Food Services)

Fall River Health Services is looking for a Cook to supervise and direct food service operations, coordinate the preparation and serving of food for regular meals, special diets, and events, and coordinate the activities of the kitchen and dining room in the absence of the Certified Dietary Manager/Food Services Manager.
Responsibilities:
Exhibits behavior that are consistent with the Mission, Philosophy, and Values of Fall River Health Services.Performs duties that are consistent with Fall River Health Services Customer Service philosophy and demonstrates a commitment to teamwork in their interactions with all staff.Prepare and serve a variety of foods according to safety and sanitation guidelines.Supervise food production employees to ensure continuity and quality service.Follow safety and infection control procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment.Shift will vary and will include weekends.
Working Environment
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times
prolonged periods of standing, bending, and moving with a small amount of work at a computer.
The average pay is $16.75-$18.00/hour, depending on experience
