Medical Senior Director (Finance)
This Medical Executive is responsible for supporting the National Accounts Organization by delivering clinical analysis and strategic direction for potential and existing clients. The position has responsibility for collaborating with Clinical Operations, Account Management, Underwriting, Reporting, Product and other matrix partners to assist in identifying and solving client-specific opportunities. It leverages an understanding of current and future healthcare trends and employer needs to develop and monitor client-specific executable strategies, clinical programs and integrated clinical actions. This position requires deep subject matter expertise in Cigna clinical and network products and solutions and healthcare industry trends. Close collaboration with Sales, Market Leads and Account Management will be required to optimize client retention and growth in order to achieve National Accounts Sales goals.

Qualifications
Board certified physician with ABMS approved specialty required.
5 years of clinical practice experience required.
Current unrestricted medical license required.
Prefer experience with network, quality and sales/account management.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, strategic, influencing, leadership and teamwork skills. Must be results-focused and able to work comfortably in a complex, matrixed environment.
Extensive domestic travel is required.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 196,800 - 328,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
