- Monitor and audit MDS processes to ensure quality outcomes and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Current California LVN license.
- Proven experience as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
- Strong understanding of MDS 3.0, care planning, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
