HR Generalist (Finance)
The HR Generalist performs a wide range of HR-related duties including recruiting, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, verification of employment, employee recognition, and supporting employment law compliance. This is an internal position to Archbright and reports to the HR Director, partnering widely in the organization with managers and staff.
This role can be done remotely for much of the work, but at times will be required to be onsite, likely 2-5 times a month.

Compensation is paid hourly and classified as nonexempt due to Washington state salary threshold requirements. The full compensation range for this position is $65,926-$92,287 ($31.70-$44.37 per hour). The hiring range for this position is $71,196-$78,000 annually ($34.23-$37.50 per hour).
