Marketing Services Account Manager (Finance)
Functions as liaison between CDS Global and our clients. Maintains communications, coordination, promotion and operational contact with our clients according to established departmental procedures. Maintains positive, professional working relationship between CDS Global and our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
• Manages assigned account(s) to fulfill client requirements that meet contract specifications according to established departmental procedures.
• Serves as liaison between the clients and CDS Global.
• Coordinates assigned client business needs with various departments throughout CDS Global.
• Monitors assigned accounts to analyze, troubleshoot, problem solve, and plan for clients future business needs.
• May invoice client according to contract specifications.
• May obtain volume projections from client.
• Acquires and maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable CDS Global systems, divisions and/or department's capabilities, operations and limitations.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of magazine and/or product and/or item processing industry based on the client's business needs.
• Interacts in cooperative and professional manner with all levels of employees, clients and/or vendors in team oriented environment.
• Organizes tasks and resources to complete assignments and/or projects and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
• Continually learns and applies new information in fast-paced, dynamic technical environment.
• Travels when required or requested, sometimes with little notice.
• Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participates in and schedules meals, entertainment, tours, meetings, etc., for visiting clients.
• Attends training and/or onsite classes as required.
• Gives presentations as required or requested.
• Attends meetings at branch sites and/or off-site as required or requested.
• Performs additional duties as required or requested.
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSING
• Four-year degree or equivalent fulfillment industry or related work experience, or a combination of college and fulfillment industry related work experience.
• Above average PC knowledge and skills.
• Good math skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated experience communicating technical information to non-technical individuals.
• If required to travel, has access to transportation requiring a valid driver's license, proof of safe driving record, and active insurance.
