Home Health Aides (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced female Home Health Aide for the Natick area to assist with our male client who resides in the Newton area.
Available Shifts:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10a-2p

Job Description:
- Assist with the activities of daily living
- Household support; light housekeeping, laundry
- Providing transportation for outings and errands
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Preparation of healthy meals
- Encourage fluid intake, documenting meals eaten
- Competently documenting shift activities digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
