ERP Integration Specialist (Information Technology)

Essential Functions
The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide the analysis, design, training, and maintenance support for all custom software development of the company's ERP system.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain individual and integrated project plans, including scope, objectives and milestones, project organization charts, and recommended staffing levels to support the approved ERP implementation.
Perform diagnostic tests and resolve issues to optimize performance.
Provide timely and professional technical support and assistance to end-users upon request.
Prepare development progress updates and document ERP processes.
Perform user setup including system access maintenance and any admin function.
