Real Estate and Facilities Supervisor (Real Estate)
Real Estate & Property Management:
Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.Oversee lease agreements, tenant relations, and negotiations for new and existing leases.Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for property acquisitions, disposals, or lease renewals.Conduct property audits and inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper usage and security.Maintain accurate property records, including valuations and asset tracking.
Facilities Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other essential building functions.Develop and manage budgets for facilities maintenance and improvements, ensuring cost-efficiency.Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and disruptions.Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and ensure quality standards are met.Ensure adherence to local property management laws and regulations.
Purchasing & Procurement:
Manage facility acquisitions within budget constraints and oversee procurement processes for goods and services.Evaluate suppliers and vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor supplier performance for cost-saving opportunities.Ensure purchase orders are created, tracked, and processed accurately and on time.Manage the supply chain for facilities-related equipment and address supplier-related issues such as disputes and quality concerns.
Team Leadership & Development:
Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to facilities and real estate teams.Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development.Foster a collaborative work environment aligned with organizational goals.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure facilities comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety codes and environmental standards.Lead risk assessments and safety audits, promptly addressing any concerns.Implement and enforce workplace safety policies and emergency procedures.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records for all real estate transactions, maintenance activities, and facility-related operations.Prepare and present reports to senior management on property and facility operations, budgetary performance, and key metrics.
