Pharmacy Prior Authorization Analyst, Administrative - Express Scripts - MO, ONSITE (Finance)

***Must reside in MO/IL - metro area***
***Must work 10:30am - 7pm Tuesday - Saturday or Wednesday - Sunday
earlier shift / Saturday or Sunday
Administrative position where you'll work from a desk, seated at a computer sending out letters to our members. NO MEDICAL or insurance experience is required. You'll monitor internal systems to ensure timely member communication within compliance guidance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work onsite at 1 Express Way, St Louis, MO location
- Work from case management system and email reports, attach letters to completed cases in case management system and print letters as needed, stuff envelopes, and postage for letters to be mailed
- Monitor team's dashboard to ensure all jobs are completed and mailed from vendor
- Handle return mail and create spreadsheet to update new address for members and re-mails after it is updated
- Handle reporting for multiple departments manual letters
- Print and mail Eligibility of Benefit request for multiple teams
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Tech Savvy and 2+ years of Microsoft Office skills (Excel Outlook, Excel) required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, required
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, required
- Ability to solve complex problems and work independently with minimal supervision, required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, required
- Ability to operate printer and postage meter, preferred
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
