Director - Global Integrated Business Planning (Finance)

Johnsonville, LLC Posting Director - Global Integrated Business Planning Position Overview: The Global Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is responsible for leading and advancing the organization's IBP process, ensuring Global alignment across commercial, supply chain, and finance functions. This role plays a critical part in balancing service, cost, and cash by integrating strategic, operational, and financial planning into a single, synchronized process. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep expertise in IBP best practices, demand and supply planning, and data-driven decision-making, with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions. Responsibilities: IBP Leadership & Strategy Execution

• Lead the end-to-end IBP process, ensuring seamless integration between demand, supply, finance, and strategic planning.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align Strategic business objectives with operational capabilities, enabling agile, fact-based decision-making.
• Establish and refine governance structures to ensure IBP processes are followed, delivering enhanced visibility and predictability.

Global Process Alignment & SE Asia IBP Development

• Lead global IBP process standardization, ensuring alignment across regions while enabling flexibility for market-specific requirements.
• Support and lead International business units in designing and implementing IBP frameworks, providing guidance on best practices and capability-building.
• Drive process harmonization and best practice sharing, ensuring IBP is embedded as a core business process across all markets.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align IBP with enterprise strategy, financial objectives, and operational execution.

Demand Planning Leadership

• Serve as the IBP Demand Lead, ensuring demand planning is a strategic enabler that aligns commercial objectives with operational capabilities.
• Oversee demand planning processes, leveraging AI/ML forecasting, commercial insights, and analytics to enhance forecast accuracy and predictability.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing demand planning team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Business, Supply Chain, or Finance field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial planning, Supply planning, or Financial planning
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading IBP
• Prior experience in managing by influence across multiple teams/groups throughout an organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or a Masters in Supply Chain Management
• S&OP, S&OE, Commercial Planning, Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning experience in the CPG industry

• Proven/excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage change in the organization and to influence others
• Strong project management/process improvement skills

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
