Work with the sales development group to help reach companywide goals. Develop knowledge about our environmental business through exposure with our global direct sales and marketing departments. Focus is on developing the skills necessary for success by assisting professionals with day-to-day job assignments. LI-COR's internship program is intended to provide students from diverse backgrounds with the opportunity to practice business skills learned in school while gaining work experience.

Position Responsibilities Specific
Responsible for finding, creating, identifying and qualifying new sales leads to achieve weekly prospecting quota.
Assist sales manager and team with sales and market research to help find leads. Use knowledge gained about the market to assist in planning future strategies.
Assist with maintenance of customer relationship tools.
Participate in the development of both internal and external sales materials.
Help the team prepare for customer visits, tradeshows, and workshops then manage data after event.
General
Responsible for work normally performed by an entry-level professional employee.
May be provided additional training.
Sedentary Work-Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
